sr20det wont start

ok i have a sr20det, the motor has been rebuilt, starter and alt have been rebuilt... however the car will not start. i have a brand new harness on the car everything was hood up right to my knowledge the car was cranking but wouldnt start and then all of the sudden i lost power to all of the interior to the car lights horn, and the fan wouldnt run and all have worked before. the starter was cranking the motor but now wont. and sometimes just sounds like its free spining or nothing at all? any ideas?
