sr20det wont start just lugs and backfires please help

sr20det swapped into 91 240sx, has a11 ecu, spins over but will not run, it just lugs and backfires through the intake, i have checked injector pulse with noid light and the coils are obviously firing, the cas i set correctly and the timing marks all line up what could be the problem, please help

The serial number on the ECU should say 23710-XXXXX. Were the fuel lines reversed?

the ecu is an a11- ooo and yes the fuel lines were backwards at first but they have been switched and it still wont run

CAS 180degs off, make sure no.1 cylinder is @ TDC then insert the CAS per fsm.

He speaks the truth, I did the same thing when I first swapped. CHeck your timing using the timing chain itself.

got the problem fixed i was sent the wrong ecu when the guys that i bought the engine from packed all of it together thanks for the help
