sr20det/wont start! Help!

ok so i wanted to make my CAS aka cam angle sensor wires shorter i left m batt plugged in and soo i cut the wires and rewired it now my car wont start it cranks over but wont actualy start? also its an 89 240sx with a red top sr20 i swapped ecu and ignitor chip and still wont start i know i must of fried/blew a fuse someware anybody have an idea on what? also i already changed my cas still dont start
