SR20DET Wont Start, but will turnover

Im haveing a problem getting it to Start. I have checked all the Coils and plugs Checks out. I am getting fuel through fuel rail. I Have tryed turning the Cam Crank angle sensor and it didnt change anything. I took the Fuel Rail off and the Injectors are spitting gas. Now things I have done to the engine.

I installed a FMIC from CX Racing with a BOV. A manual Boost Controller, Walbro 255 Fuel Pump. Thats all i have done to it.

Now what suggestions does anybody have that could help me out? Could it be timing? if so what points does it need set at?

Vacuum Lines, and where would they go? Right now the current set up is I got 1 Vacuum line running from the BOV to the Throttle Body by its self.

What Barbs would they hook up to?

Could it be the Igniter? What exactly does the Igniter do?

Thats all I can really think of doing to it that hasnt been done. So if anybody has anything that would help me please do. Thanks

vacuum lines arn't going to cause the car not to run.Your timing could be off now that you moved the CAS, prob not by much thoughIgnitor sends signal to the coils to give spark.Make sure all your sprak plugs are firing

It's also likely flooded by now, make sure you clean/replace your plugs while there out.

all of the plugs are firing and getting spark. do the injectors need to spit like a spray or gush it out? what Plug is recomended to use.

The injectors should spray a fine mist.

I got it to run. i put a lil bit of starting fluid down in the throttle body and fired right up. its skipping so i got a few issues to work out with it, Spark Plugs 93 Octane, Possibly reposition the CAS.
