I am on a cross country trip Ga to seattle and am having boost issues out here in Redding Ca. I have had pass issues with the bolts nuts coming looses so that may be the issue I am looking to see if there is a shop nearby redding ca and or any ideas on once I get these bolts tighten up and keep them that way...lock tight and lock washers just not are working...Help!!

On the stock turbo there should be a piece of sheet metal with fold tabs. They connect on front 2 nuts and on back 2 nuts (yes that means 2 pieces). The only loktite that would withstand the heat on the turbo would be Sleeve Retainer (green) and you would never get the nuts off if you used it. Look into your exhaust system. You must ahve loose pieces, rubber doughnuts weak, mount at rear of trans to downpipe loose/missing, etc etc. There is a reason this is coming loose other than torque. Fix that issue and use stover aka crush nuts and you should have no problems.
