This is normally caused by not having your blow off valve recirculated. You can do that or get a standalone ECU that uses a MAP sensor instead of a MAF sensor. I recommend the first option... much cheapers13silviasr20det wrote:ok and latley when i come to a fast stop the car will idle really low and turn off...if i come to a slow stop it wont do it....
He isn't running a BOV right now...I'm guessing boost leakgdbyyosh1to wrote:

i checked all the piping and its not a boost leak....i took my car to a place called ROAD RACE in santa fe springs i think it was, they work on evos but a 240 owner there said that its because my maf is too close to the turbo inlet and when i let off it creates turbulance in the maf and it doesnt read so it shuts of the car........those were his words so i just want to get a second opinion from you guys before i make like a intake pipe.....oh and they also found a leak from the manifold to the turbo inlet base gasket but said that doeasnt hurt anything and i just need to replace it...240life wrote:He isn't running a BOV right now...I'm guessing boost leak
