Car: 1989 SR20DET Nissan 240sx

I have an S13 SR20DET Redtop and I was wondering if an S13 Blacktop wiring harness with an E5 ECU will work with it. Or are there differences in them? From what I've been reading, the oxygen sensor is different. I just need to know if it will work.
