I"m having the worst time with this car. I fixed The cold start issue but now when ever its running and i turn on the headlights or break i hear a buzz and the battery and break dash lights come on. It will not turn off with the key. Ive checked all the wiring like three times replaced the harness checked the new harness over rewired it like the original harness still having a hell of a time trying to figure this out. could the ecu be causing all this or is it a short to ground some where this is a 93 s13 with a red top.
