Kind of confused about what you're asking and the pics suck. Are you talking about the lower engine harness? That should not have been cut at all. If you're talking about the connectors by the battery, splice according to the wiring guides available here. And some connectors are not used in the swap.

i am trying to us a sr harness, its the lower half connects the trans an altanator and starter an + side of the batter ..The question is those wires in the photo are loose what should i do with them or were should i plug them, or do i have to cut clips off the ka harness an splice them together?

Try getting better pics of the second one because I dont think anyone can see anything in it. But as for the first, i have no idea, I remember I had like 2 extra plugs left over. You should really only make sure you have your important ones plugged in. there's 3 plugs on the transmission I believe, speed sensor, reverse, nuetral. Than the other connections are to the starter and alternator, than it followes up to the battery tray.

Off the top of my head, they shouldn't. When I did mine, I used the KA harness and spliced in the SR plugs for the transmission. But it should be direct connections iirc.

For the KA harness into the SR you have to splice just the nuetral, reverse, and speedometer plugs from the SR onto the KA. The colors match so you could just splice them in really easily. I only have pics of two plugs but I did all three, even though some say you don't need the neutral iirc.
