SR20DET wierd issues with NO spark OR fuel???

okay so i just got done putting an s13 redtop SR in a s13 i hooked everything up fine, tiger racing did the wiring harness so there should be no wiring problems, well i went to go start the car but it wouldn't start it turns over but won't start, so i started thinking it has to be no fuel or no spark, well i smell fuel so first think i checked for was spark, well i wasnt getting any spark, so i replaced the ignitor with a Q45 ignitor, well just to be curious i was going to check and see if the injectors were pulsating while the motor was turning over, well the injectors weren't pulsating, so i was just standing there looking at the cam angle sensor while the ignition was on, so i reached down and unplugged the CAS and when i plugged it back up the injectors were clicking. WHATS GOING ON??? Is i the CAS that is no good, because the wiring should be fine!!HELPP!!!
