sr20det werid idle

I wont be surprised if there isn't a thread about this but I Havnt found one with an answer to my problem. Jut bought the car by the way.

I have a sr20det 10psi stock exhaust apexi safc II hitting 200hp on dyno. Some days when I start it it will idle around 1200 to 1400 rpm. The vac is about 18-20hg. The motor shakes sounds like s*** and goes from 15:1 afr on up till it leans out and shuts off. I can play with it a little bit and it then it seems fine. Has a bit of hesitation on pickup and maybe a bit of misfire? Pulled plugs and they are bkr5eand seemed to be gapped way to small. Air bubbles in coolant, have to burp that im guessing due to when my heater core leaked. I don't think I have a vac leak and I have tried a new maf and a new ecu although at some werid times it does the no go over 2500rpm like a bad maf. But I guess im asking for some help on the high idle, leaning out, and hesitation. I have bkr7e plugs on the way along with z32 fuel filter,255 fuel pump, and pcv valve. I know this seemed all jumbled and I am sorry for that I am just trying to include everything possible.

UPDATE: started it up after been sitting all night and it was perfect. It seems like if it sits for a week or so it goes crazy or if I play to much and it get ls real hot it goes crazy as well.
