so its a recent swap that has fought me tooth and nail every step of the way, the last issue I have encountered is cas/ecu/fuel related, I have 2 cas's both good, a new ecu and a set of new injectors I have not installed yet as im waiting for new pintle caps, now the problem I have is when cranking and when turning my spare cas by hand while plugged in I have spark, when turning my spare by hand I have injector pulse and fuel, when cranking it will not start, timing is on, engine is excessively grounded, everything is hooked up but it will not start it wont even try, I have yet to pull the fuel rail and see if it sprays fuel while cranking but it seems odd the Injectors would click while turning the cas but Im not getting fuel while cranking

I'm not sure I understand your question. SO when you turn the Cas by and you get spark and fuel but when cranking the engine with the cas attached you don't get fuel and spark?

Have you checked the mounting points of the CAS? On my Ca18det I kept burning them up because I was missing the dowel pins behind the timing cover which caused the CAS to sit improperly. I'm not to familiar with sr's but it's just an idea...

when turning the cas by hand I have injector pulse and spark, when cranking I only have spark, the sr cas's work just like a distributor they have the long rod that goes down and connects to the cam gear with helical gears like the ka distributors do, I rebuilt my cas it struck me today that maybe I put the trigger disk on upside down, it looks exactly the same on both sides so idk if that would cause a problem or not
