OK. rather im driving the car on the free or the it is parked and reving in neutral at 2500rpm or above, i hear this sound similar to jiggling two keys together from the engine bay. rather im the free or the car is parked and reving in neutral. And when i poped my hood to investigate the orgin of the cling cling noise, i hear another noise. The 2nd noise goes like geeegeeegeee, and is only momentary. It comes on for a second, and than dies away, and comes back on again. no pattern of its apperance. THe motor is a s13 blacktop, newly swaped. turbo is stock. This is my first turbo, could the sound coming from the turbo?THe noises are annoying, but the part worrys me the most is the fear of somthing going wrong. so please feel free to ask any questions to identify the cause of the noise. Any reply will be appericated. Thanks you all.

is not belts. is not a squeaking noise. Plus it only happens when I press the clutch pedal to the floor.

Probably throw-out bearing.
