does anyone have an exhaust weight on how much an sr20 long block weighs? no manifolds, trans, just the long block with the whole valvetrain assembly and bottem end assembly

I figured it would be around 200 give or take 20 or 30 because two small asian people can lift the block, but I wanted to confirm with other people before I had a motor shipped here...

yeah give or take a couple pounds, Its an Aluminum Block.

Dont let them fool you just becuase they are small dont mean they aint strong. When i was moving to another house These Japanese movers can strap a damn a full size refidgerator to there back and take it down a flight of stairs. I mean 1 Guy carrying a fridge on his back by himself.

Reminds me of here in Seoul. I saw some old men and women carrying refridgerator size of stuff on their backs by themselves. I'm 5'11", 180 pounds, and work out 5 times a week. I don't think I'd be able to do what they do.

No, we brought my wife's car instead. I really miss my car, but I'm glad I didn't bring it. People here are crazy! There's no regards to traffic laws, stop signs, or traffic lights at all here. It makes me thankful for all the traffic laws and police officers back at home enforcing those laws.

haha, I'm actually considering bringing my s13 there from the states, I actually think its cheaper than bringing one from japan, I need to do mor eresearch about that when the time comes
