Ok sounds like you have a lot going on. Let me first say that the search button is your friend. Threre honestly at least 1000 threads in how to make a SR 300hp. It seems to be the most common HP goal for the SR.

Well your first question is if you can make 300hp on a stock turbo? If it's a s14 SR w/ a t28 then yes you could. But not a chanvce in hell with the t25. 300 even a t28 is pushing it out of efficency.

Common injector size is 550. Being good for 300hp and being abled to be used with most piggy back fuel controllers. I would rather have a bigger injectors so that your are not running at 100% duty cycle. 650, 740's.

Im not really sure about the Q45 throttle body, but i would imagine a throttle cable bracket and a new cold pipe. But in your case this is really not needed at all.

1,500 is not enough to do what you want to do correctly. If you want to do thiongs the right way and have a fun, safe car then you will need some more money. And yes a dyno can tune your car w/ safc or greddy emange but this is goin gto rin about 500 bucks and thats being conservative.

Supporting mods add up quick. For 300 reliable hp you will need a FMIC(front mount intercooler), Full 3 in exhuast. At least a t28 turbo. A piggy back(waste of money and terrible tuning tools) or a ECU ROM TUNE(way better option) or a stand alone EMS(best option in my opnion). 550cc injectors or bigger. A good fuel pump. Fuel pressure regulator. And a tune.

All of this is going to add up fast. And this is just bolt on mods. You make real power with head work and cams. The dyno time alone is going to be a lot. But if you get a ROM tune for a Z32 maf, 550cc injectors. And 14psi of boost you car should run pretty good being as it's the most common setup.

Never turn the boost up to even out air/feul ratio. Sounds like you a vac leak or your timing is off. 7psi is factory SR pressure. It can run 10psi off the WG though safely. So yes you can turn the boost up to 10 psi safley but any more and you playing with fire and could kill your engine.

Hope this helps. Take your time, search, and buy qulaity parts.

Enthalpy . Or Jim Wolf tech(JWT) . It costs about 500 bucks but they are a good choice for tuning. Just Google either name

All you do is send them your SR ECU with a list of you engine midufications, what octane gas you will be using and boost pressure you wanna run.

I wouldn't go much over 14psi on a t28. But a s15 t28 or GT28rs i would run 16-18 psi. And as high as octane as you can regularly get.
