tomei manifold, bb t28, elbow, 3" downpipe, 3" cat back, will get you a guaranteed 240ish hp... thats like the cheapest upgrade i can think about withut having to spend a grand on a bigger turbo and have to worry about fuel management and ecu tuning

you should search. there are a ton of ways to set the car up. but most importantly get a real good tune on your setting and you will be a happy camper. Use the search function

Ill vouch for thatYou can put the t28 in without any mods to fuel delivery, tuning or whatever to make it work

THe WIdeband readings were not dangerous enough to HAVE to get a tuning device.

It helped out when i adjusted the SAFC to get more optimal readings, but you could throw tha t28 on at under 1bar and be good to go

I wouldnt boost much more than 10psi on the T28 without doing fuel mods. A guy on fresh alloy had boltons, T28, and 256 cams pushing 250whp at 7psi. The cams is what gave the most gains.

yeah your wrongyou can go to 14 psi no problem. if you hear knocking back off, but the likelyhood is not that much.

The budget you are working with will dictate the answers you receive. There are plenty of great turbos for the SR. The cheapest will be the T28 BB as mentioned. A nice upgrade would be the GT2871R (300-350). Even better would be a GT-RS (Same but slightly better spool). A crazy upgrade would be a GT3071R (Laggy but moves massive amounts of air, about 450+). It also depends on how much work you are willing to do after installing the turbo. Please clarify for a more appropriate answer

I'd like to rock one but they are expensive. Are they good for 400 under 20 lbs?
