search search and search... a top mount would be the way to go for an expensive set up. and you can search for the t25 questions. a top mount is used for t3 and t4 flanged turbos. it all depends on the power you want to make. now go to the FAQ and you will find your answers

Depends what are you looking for? If you are looking for a cheap route keep the t25, or upgrade to at t28, and keep the stock manifold. If you want more power then upgrade to the t3/t4 and get a new manifold, turbo elbow and dp, ecu flash/ stand alone ecu, injectors, frontmount yadda yadda yadda.

t25 maxes out at 15 psi, well you can go higher but theres no point, so anywhere below that should be fine. I suggest if upgrading to a t3/t4 to ugrade everthing else as well since you are there, like injectors, ecu flash/standalone etc, to make more reliable power.

If i were you I would start with the engine stock or mostly stock get used to that then upgrade the turbo and everything else.

Top mount is a lot more money than bottom. If you want a nice quick setup what i would do is slap on a gt2871r .64 a/r turbine housing, a nice set of cams 264's to be exact and some bigger injectors and a nice rom tune by enthalpy. Do it all before the engine is installed in your 240 so you cut out a lot of work.
