SR20DET trying to pass INSPECTION in MD??? help

Heya there community

I got my s13 almost done, I got to do this and that and I will be drift-ready.

only thing is, I can't pass inspection cuz this engine fails things like

missing roof, steering wheel and gasoline tank....JK ^^

positive crankcaseair injectiongas recirculationevaporative emissions

so i've heard, ive got to massively mod the car to get it to pass, and theres no time, money or energy.so apparently theres only bribing the inspection dude? buying the inspection.

anyone has anything interesting to say??

PS: the guy also wrote on the side, "nothing hookes up"and didn't realized I connected one of the turbo lines in the wrong spot, so I'm thinking he lacks some screws, but whatever.

hahaha...no...im going to joke about you never passing it too. if you dont have any motivation or funds to finish it sell your pos.

its not a posit can run properly, as long as they're many curves in the road ^^(it dosnt have that much power)

its just the inspection, that it seems i gotta buy out.its not that there is no motivation.god ive been working on this car for almost a year without really driving it at all..except that time i blew the head gasket :Pand that time that i raced a 300zx in a touge without a brake, suspension, and many other parts.INSAAANEE >< what you gonna do. i didnt know anything back then.

anyway, i gotta get this done.

try aberdeen muffler (the one in aberdeen MD just so you know). Its a little bit of a drive for you but i went their with only my cat (no EGR, PCV AIV, etc.) and still passed. That would be my best guess. Or try to find the biggest hole in the wall inspection station (like aberdeen muffler), odds are they don't take their jobs seriously enough to fail you
