sr20det torque specs?

HI,

im rebuilding my sr20det, i was wondering if anyone knew what the torque specifications are. etc what bolts to be torqued down and to what ft lbs.

also would anyone know of some good pistions, rings and rods for the sr20? should i go low compression or high? i was just thinking on getting strong pistons. what do you guys thing?

well u could drop compression and turn up boost(lose low end hp)or raise compression and turn down boost(lose some top end), but I wouldnt raise compression and boost levels(kaboom) unless your sleeving the deck and using very strong components throughout. your best bet might be to keep it the samehave fun!!!!

well i was looking for torque down specifications. But now my dad wants me to get ride of the engine and parts. he's like you have a fine engine in the car you dont need another one. if i find a place to keep it i will continue on with it, but at the moment i may sell all that i have.

also i just got accepted to become sponsored, and im like should i sign this contract. cause if i do i will do major stuff to my car, and if i do that will my parents say something. so its like will i run into this if i start with the sponsorship.

i should, but im going to college and all that great stuff. i dont know how i would make it if i lived on my own and stuff. yes i could live on campus but i dont live far from George Mason Un.

but it doesnt matter the guy i got the engine from is going to refund my money. so if anyone wants a sr20 that is blown, hit me up and i'll tell my friend.

true, i just started college so once i get to know people thats when i can move out, you know?

my parents arent that bad, just this one factor.

yes i would like to have this sr in my car, but its not the end of the world. i can do other things, without getting daddy to disaprove.
