SR20DET Timing?

Hey, does anyone know how to set the timing on an SR20DET. I pulled out the crankshaft cuz i spun a rod bearing and i had to pull the timing chain off to get it out. I was wondering where i could find out how to re-set the timing. Anyone know?

Is this a 240SX, as your name implies? If so, you're in the wrong section. I'll move it if that's the case.

Ya, it's a 1990 240sx hatch that i swapped an SR20DET into. Sorry i didn't know that this was the wrong place, i'm new to this site/ forum. Ya if you could move it than that would be great. Thanks alot
