can some one tell me where am I supposed to install the thermostat?:rolleyes

next to the waterpump (the waterpump pulley is what turns the fan), there will be a short tube. Probably 4" long and 1.5" diameter. It comes out at an angle. The thermostat hides in there. There are 2 or 3 bolts holding it on, IIRC. When you change your thermstat, make sure you get some sealant to hold the thermostat in place and to put back on that tube when you are putting it back together.
