I am planning to get a 240sx. Is there any places in Orlando that swaps in the SR20DET instead of KA engine? Thanks for the help.

Hey Brad...

Don't worry about people jumping on you.... it happens, nothing personal. If you use the search feature and type in Florida and SR20DET you might get some hits to help you out.

You can do what red240ne said and try afterdark-tuning.com, phase2motortrend.com, enjukuracing.com, heavythrottle.com

I don't know of any shops in Orlando becuase I'm on the opposite end of the east coast. But these guys are all reputable shops. A NICO mod owns one of them as a matter of fact!:D

Hey Brad,I have had a great experience with Enjuku Racing. They shipped the incorrect part in my order, once. I called them back and within 10 min the shop apologized, corrected the mistake and offered any assistance they could render to deal with the local shop that was doing the work for me. I am really happy with the service of Enjuku Racing.

That's cool. Mistakes happen, it's how a business corrects the mistake that separates them from the rest. Good customer service is SOOOO important.

Thanks alot for the help guys! I really appreciate it. I'm trying to convince my dad to get me a 240 over this comming summer. I just love that car, but he's bent on civics. He's like the 240 is crap. Thats after I told him how it was praised for its handeling. Then I proceeded to beat him with my Super Street Issues. I'm tired of everyone and their grandma's driving civics. I want to be different. The 240 is just a great car. I really would like to do an s15 body conversion if I get one. *hopes and dreams*:icesangel

Ouch!!!

Your dad thinks a Civic is better than a 240sx.... I feel sorry for you. At least you didn't inherit his taste in automobiles!:D I can't fathom any posible way that a civic could be conceived as better than a 240.... possibly better after-market support... that's about it. Now if he was talking about a Prelude..... maybe even an Accord, then he might have a valid argument, but a CIVIC?!!! come on DAD.... are you nuts?

I'm sooo gonna tell him that I don't want a car unless he gets me a 240..... It's not like it costs more than the 99 Civic Si he wants to get me..... and the s15 body conversion just look great. Thanks alot guys

Are you on crack? Civic Silvia conversion! lol. Thats the craziest thing i've ever heard. Plus, the ciivc is to small and short to look like a silvia. Does anyone know if they do the taillight conversion form the silvia to the 240?

Hey, I live in Orlando, Florida. I also looked at the 180 tailights, and they said its only for 89-94. I was looking to get a 96-98 mabey. That would be cool if you could come and show me your car. I'll hit ya up on aim this weekend.
