waiiit a minute.... if you got a DE in your 89 S13 then the engines already been swapped once lol. the 89s were KA24E so that makes it feel even more suckier huh? lol i got a Ka24E myself but i can do a swap here in GA

no, swapping anything else besides the same engine that came with the car for that year is "illegal"

You can always do it and go to a friendly smog shop, they charge like 250 to do it.
