I want to get a S15 SR20DET but in Cali I heard its very hard to pass smog unless you get the hook up but what makes it so difficult could I buy parts that would make it smog legal? Thanks for your help. And where can I find a good S15, and approx. how much would it cost? Thanks

Well First try searching. But I sure theres not real legal way to make a sr20det pass the visaul (SP) part. but I have heard that you might be able to pass the sniffer. As far as a motor importer try http://www.afterdark-tuning.com

search. there is no way in hell your gonna get a s15 SR to pass cali emissions legitamately! but i could be wrong :o
