SR20DET swat question

If im doin S14 SR20DET into a S14 then would I have to make any modification to the radiator and the hose? Because I read something about the fan doesn't line up with the radiator or soemthing...

the inlet to the radiator is on the opposite side. So if you use a usdm radiator, you have to 'rig' it up with a long hose, or pipe to make it to the other side for the inlet...the prefered route is to use a JDM radiator or an aftermarket radiator.

fan shroud and everything is another topic...I've never used a stock fan so i couldnt tell you....but i can recommend getting an aftermarket electric fan, and ditching the stock fan/shroud.

Stock fan can be used with some minor modification. No big deal. I am currently having a blacktop swapped into my 95 240 and I am leaving stock fans and radiator.

Yes I got ma GSR stolen I live in Melville and I parked my car in Wyandanch (bad bad bad bad bad bad bad neighborhood... shootings robbrings etc etc) and I was sleeping over ma friends house for about 2 days or so and wen i returned to where the car was supposed to be...... it wasnt there. I don't know anyone that runs any mdified hondas soooo I doubt I know those people.... ERRRRRRG sad sad sad memories I really cherished that baby but in 2 days... it was taken away from me like that... Well Im happy with my new 96 240 sooo im going to try to forget about my GSR and move on...

14inch electric fan and adjustable thermostat for 150. Aftermarket JDM radiator is like 400 or so. Dual 12 inch fans and adjustable thermostat is like 250.
