does any one have any step by step install guides for the SR20DET swap? and which would be better for a 95 240, the s13, or s14 SR20det engine?

You waited 3 minutes? Jeez, give us some time.

If you want to upgrade your engine, get an S13; if not, get an S14.

And there are no "step by step" guides, but there is a lot of info on the intraweb.
