sr20det swap only getting spark in cylinder one

hey guys i just did a sr20det swap and have narrowed it down to an ignition issue. I pulled all my coil packs out and tested for spark with a plug in the end and only cylinder one seems to be firing. Were getting 12v dc out of the ignitor chip with the key on. This is showing on all 4 leads going to the coil packs. its a q45 ignitor and we followed fullthrottle's write up. Please hurry i have to get it started by noon cause gas prices are rising fast!!!!!!!
