Ok guys I'm new to this forum. I just swapped a Sr20 into my hatch . When I went to start it in turned over as it should but will not start . I noticed that my fuel pump sounds like it's barely getting any power almost like it's bogging down when trying to prime. I replaced the battery and did the same thing. Just to note it worked perfectly before I swapped the engine. It's a walboro btw. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

if you key-on, then off, then back on a few times before trying to crank, does it start? Also, try spraying a little starting fluid or something in there just to verify it is indeed a fuel starvation problem.

You can check your fuel pressure to ensure the pump is properly working.

More than likely, you need to check your ignition. Did you use a pre-done swap harness like the ones from Wiring Specialties? Did you use the JDM harness, and if so, did you make the proper jumpers to power the coil packs? If you used the Black/Pink line through the battery tray plugs to power the Blue/Red ignition circuit, you could easily be having weak spark and a weak pump as that's too many big items requesting current. Normally people use the Black/Red ignition switched circuit to jumper to the coil packs, but the red can fade over time.
