sr20det swap. B/R wire on ignition relay

So I have been working on my s14 sr20det swap on my 95 s14 for a couple months now and not having been successful in getting it to run I went back for the like the hundredth time and checked the white interior plugs to see if I relocated the wires correctly. My problem is the ecu wont power on btw , so im checking the plug and I'm looking at the sr20's ignition coil relay because im picking it off the floor. I look at the Black/Red and it goes to pin 38 on sr20's interior plug and I was like "where does it go to on the chassis side of the white plug?" and then I found out that the corresponding pin on the chassis white plug goes to a Blue/Red defogger? So I havent done anything to it yet but do you guys think that might have anything to do with my ecu not powering on? I mean do I have to take that Black/Red wire on the sr20 ig.coil relay and intergrate it into the Black?Red ignition switch wire on pin no. 40 on the sr20 interior plug? What do you guys think?
