sr20det swap 240sx spark problem

hey guys, i'm doing my sr20det swap for my 240sx.

i have a spark problem with the coilpacks. these are brand new plugs. the first coil sparks while the other 3 do not.

any ideas?

What if you swap the coil packs - put a bad on connected to where the good one was and see if bad one all of the sudden works- if it does- you have elec. issue- if it doesnt possible bad coil packs-

yeah i'll give it a shot. i've swapped out the coilpacks already thinking that might be it.
