Id say stay away from cometic HG... From what people say, cometic HGs are very shi!tty made for SR engines but very good for other engines for some reason..

i'd say all metal headgaskets are fine. its pretty hard to mess up a flat sheet of metal. you jsut HAVE to follow the steps in torqueing down the head...thats where headgaskets fail, people not torqueing them down right.

what would you reccomend for torque on those bolts. I know phase 2 said they didn't feel that the stock torque was enough. What have you done?
