Sr20det starting problems help please

I have been trying to get my sr20det running for sometime now, engine is only fireing on 2 cylenders. 2 of the coil packs were not fireing tryed swapin them out no luck either... timeing an CAS are timed perfect, perfect compreshion, an fuel.. I can get it to CHUG an kinda idle for a sec or two then it dies.

HELP PLEASE

do you know what cylinders arent firing? if you do, swap the known good ones for the bad ones and see if it follows the coils. i would also check all the coil harness wiring. i had a similiar problem, ended up being a bad ground on the coil pack harness.
