I have a redtop sr20det in my s13 and when you turn the car on it runs and idles fine. revving while sitting still also is fine. The problem is when i am moving as soon as i let off the gas the revs drop to around 250-300 and it stalls out or comes really close to stalling out. I did some research and i did recirculate thinking it couldnt hurt. I have a old ssqv I guess the first generation of the ssqv series. I have been told that it could be the bov and that getting something like the apexi twin chamber would help or greddy type s, but I can't seem to find an answer to the actual problem. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks all.

I'm new to the SR thing. But it sounds like it could be your IACV or the BOV not recirculating. Most likely the IACV, because the BOV would cause problems all the time.

Humm i thought that the IVAC would cause issues at idle as well.
