SR20DET Smog Legal?

Hi Guys/Gals,

As you know, we here in California are blessed because we have liberals who try to make it harder on us car guys, by having stricter emission laws. (I'm being sarcastic about the blessed part)

Does anyone who has done the swap to the SR20DET, have issues with smogging it? how did you get around it?

maybe asking if it was legal, was the wrong question, Perhaps I should have asked if it would pass smog.

you guys wouldnt happen to know where to pass smog with SR in Los Angeles area with reasonable price?

KA-T nor an SR would pass visual inspection... the KA-T kit from Greddy might save you with an CARB/EO number.
