sr20det smog in Nevada vs. Texas?

I just put together my s13, and have been looking for someone to smog it here in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my thirty day is running out, and i've had no dice so far. However, i'm taking a trip to texas at the end of the month, and i was wondering if anybody knew whether or not it was possible to make an sr pass smog in texas?

also, if anybody has any smog friends in Las Vegas who has some love for the s-chassis, please shoot me a pm.
