When we are looking at all the parameters on the computer, the computer is reading that the tps voltage is 4.8volts which means that it says its at wide open throttle. We un-plugged the sensor and it still had the same reading. Any ideas what this could be? Everything on this car is fresh.. fresh rebuild, new e-manage, plug n play harness.. setting up base map for a break in period for the motor at this point.

Thanks!

Have you checked the voltage at the TPS? I guess it's also possible that the pnp harness you got has a wire crossed.

Turned out to be a software problem.. Fired up today for the first time in three years. Sounds good can definitely tell its got some cams in it.
