sr20det, sat for about a year, wont start, help

ok, i have a 240sx with an sr20det blacktop swap, the car sat for a year, i put in a new battery, and some new gas, it turns over and has compression. i pulled the plugs and they were soaking wet so im assuming i have no spark, now i cant imagine all 4 coil packs went bad, does anyone else know what it could be, or what else i should check? thanks
