sr20det S15 oil catch can questions

Hey, I have already pulled up some archived posts and found some information on the topic, but am still not 100% sure. I have a greddy oil catch can and am not quite sure of were the lines go. Can some one provide a good picture for me?Thanks

one top port connects to your breather port on the valve cover, the other to your intake.

the port on the exhaust side(comes out like a T) or the one on the back corner of the intake side of the valve cover?

the one at the back of the T runs to the crank case.
