I know i might get flamed for this but I'm leaking out of what i believe to be my slave cylinder so it must be replaced. I called up a local store and they said that the 93 240sx's Slave Cylinder was different. But when i look on here it says their the same.

RWD SR20DET Slave is the exact same as 1991-1998 240SX with KA24DE. This is the part number 30620-69F70.

Did you remove the "damper" box?Theres plenty of writeups, but it involves CAREFULLY bending the hardline to meet your hose (that goes to the slave).Bleed it and you should be good.

I replaced my slave and master ant the same time before and i bleed the hell out of it, leaving in the dampner box and it wasn't working.... then i just adjusted te clutch pedal inside of the car and now it works great... i'd check that out first. (There is also a bleeder screw on the dampner box, try that too)

I hope you get this since its been over a month, but you don't list your e-mail. You say that the 91-94 KA slave is this part number ^, but I just ordered one for my 90 KA (and made sure I told them it was a 1990 SOHC) and have the same part number on my slave that you list as the part # for the DE slave. I have read in different posts after searching that the E and DE slaves are different bore sizes, the E being 1/16" smaller IIRC. Is this true? Did the Nissan dealership give me the wrong slave? Are the SR, KAE, KADE, the same slaves since they have the same transmission? I need to know bc my SOHC has a very bad case of rod knock and if I can't use this slave for the SR I will probably be getting, then I want to return before I can't and I have to eat the $ for it. Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind. They sent me the wrong slave. I called the dealership and they double checked the part #. They ordered the wrong one. Works for me bc looks like I'm getting an SR swap. Thanks though.
