hey guys.... my S13 runs very bad. when I run full boost, at about 4000rpm~5000rpm and up, it feels like fuel cut or miss fire... and lost power.. but normal driving is fine.. anyone can help me with it?? I heard it's speak plugs

What are your mods? What exhaust? What fuel pump? Do you have a Nismo FPR? Tighten all your IC piping.

SR20DET, T28 turbo, air intake, 3" downpipe no cat,3" cat-back, EVO 5 intercooler... running 0.8kg boost... any idea??it runs fine be4 I put on cat-back though

the heck? a catback shouldn't do that. Possibly something came loose? any other description of the situation? like is the idle bumpy and oscillating? have you checked the spark plugs themselves? Pull em out and see how they look. They should be a toasty brown color. Mmmm toast... are your injectors firing, etc. Another thing to look at, are your intercooler pipes on tightly?

Did you have an open downpipe before you got the exhaust? Because that might explain the power band difference....

ok.. I tested it out again... I set my boost at 0.8 kg and I looked at the boost gauge, it's like jumping up and down from 0.8 to 1.0just keep jumping up and down.... I'm so scare of braking the engine... so I stopped... >< what kind of spark plugs do you guys use?? and what's the best gap for it? I just got this car... so don't know too much of itthx alot guys!!!!!

I went to some shop, the mechanic said it's miss firing!!anyone know how to slove it?? get new spark plugs?

Pull out your plugs and test them one by one. It could be bad ignitor chip....easy but expensive fix

Intercooler piping leak. 99% of all problems involving bucking and up and down boost are leaks. Watch your boost gauge as you drive, if the problem happens at the same psi every time no matter what your rpm is, that points to boost leak. check the piping, couplings and especially the BOV.
