SR20DET Running Rich

1990 240SX running Z32 fuel pump, Apexi SAFC-2, 550cc injectors, GT2871r and 17lbs of boost. For the last few months I have been running rich. Upon initial startup, below ambient air temperatures of 75 degrees F, the car will idle, drop revs and either stall or sputter and catch itself. It also can happen when coming down from highway speeds with the transmission in neutral. Once the car is warmed up, the problem does not resurface. In addition the cars interior and exhaust has a higher than normal fuel smell.Does anyone know the exact problem and how I can test for it?

problems with o2 or maf will cause you to run rich.
