SR20DET running problem

Hey guys swapped an S13 BlackTop Sr20DET into my Sil40 a month ago and I can drive it for DD use but any time I hit Boost It feels like im hitting a brick wall, car chokes and starts jerking, so heres what I have for backround information.
When I first start up Car idles good, once its warm doesnt idle very well.
Stock 240 fuel pump, I have a Walbro 255lph havnt put it in yet.
Car runs Rich, dont know if it runs rich when im putting my foot into it right before it hits that wall.
Changed the MAF sensor with a KA24DE one and it wouldnt stay running at idle but if i kept giving it gas it would bog for a second or 2 then light the tires up. so I got new SR MAF and back to the same problem,
Ive looked for Vacuume leaks and boost leaks but cant find any.
And Ive also replaced the O2 sensor with a brand new one, EGR is also Crimped shut.
Temperature gage and speedo gage not working.
Timing is Bang on 15 degrees before TDC

So anyone hit this problem before? is it Fuel Pump? Coolant Temperature sensor? another bad MAF? Boost leak?
