Pull the fuel rail off leaving the wires and fuel lines attached. Crank the engine, and you should see puffs of fuel from the ends of each injector, all firing at once. There should also be no fuel dripping at all. Dripping = bad injector O-rings, cheap to fix.
If you are getting fuel from all four injectors, perhaps the cylinders are flooded. Dry them out with a hairdryer after removing the plugs. Also check your oil on the dip stick for the smell of gas - gas in oil thins it and leads to a spun bearing very quickly.
If you have spark and fuel on all 4 cyls, and the cyls are nice and dry, if it still wont start it could likely be the timing. Use the FSM procedure and don't skip any steps - if you have to skip a step something is wrong that needs to be handled.
