SR20DET Redtop swap into S14 OBD problem

hey guys

my friend got 1998 240sx with S13 redtop swap, everything runs properly and perfect. But in Canada, 1998+ car need OBD2 to pass emission, right now aircared computer can't detect the OBD2, since it's OBD1 for S13, so my friend can't run and pass aircared.

any idea how to solve this?
anything out there can plug and play or replacepment ecu that will let OBD2 scanner detect?and runs S13 redtop sr20

As far as i know there is no way to make your car OBD 2 compliant .
