Maybe IACV needs cleaning? It is responsible for idle.

If its saying the 02 sensor is not working, AND you just replaced it, then check the 02 sensor wiring. It has to be faulty or something.

IF everything is perfect (no air leaks, good maf, good fuel pressure, proper inlet / outlets, good compression, proper timing etc...) I repeat if EVERYTHING is correctly installed and operational....

Your problem is inside the ECU. A "hunting idle" is typical of "off the shelf" tunes. All the more reason to go true-standalone and have a proper tune dialed in.

to help ease this situation, you may want to install a ball valve on the IACV (yes from home depot) that way you can regulate the maximum amount of air that the engine can achieve at idle. This WILL fix your problem, but its just a BANDAID, albeit a semi permanent one.
