My block that I bought was bored .20 over. What size headgasket should I get? And as far as thickness goes, I dont really know what I should use. The blocked has been decked and the head that I bought has been checked with a straighedge and is flat. I also need a full gasket kit for the sr20, any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

If your not leaking fluids then you could get away with front and rear seals, intake and exhaust gaskets. No need to buy the kit unless you want it for other reasons. If your .20 over bore and decked the block I would say a 87mm bore X 1.1mm thick head gasket will do the job just fine, as long as there wasnt a ton of material removed.

Just wondering, why is it 87mm? I thought that it was 86mm initially. Sorry I just want to make sure I buy the right one, the one i'm looking at is a tomei but they only have 1.2 mm thickness

^^ Yes, and also .5mm = 0.01968 inches, very close to .020. If you overbore .020, then bump the HG up .5mm.
