SR20DET red top power?

just bought a 180sx jap import. Has bad knocking noise. took top off looked like crap. neva been serviced. oil line blocked. cams worn. Question1. Difference between black top and red top. mine red top and has plug coils. I've never worked on a sr20DET b4. only sr20de.

question 2, the exhaust cam is powering a distributer from a worm drive. is this worm drive separate. and can i use cams from a normal red top sr20de without plug coils. if fitted with these other cams will the engine run? please advise..
