sr20det red top into s14 chassis

Please excuse my newbness, ive tried searching through the forums and im unable to find any info im looking for...so with that said ill get to my issue.

I bought a 95 240sx off my bud who bought it the way she sits now, it has a sr20det red top already sitting in the engine bay with the s13 harness and ecu. Im pretty sure the s13 harness wont work with the s14 chassis. Is there a conversion harness that is made? If so where can i find it. And there is no stock engine harness on the car...Id love to have this thing running by Import Alliance. This is my first car ive owned outside of Hondas. Any help would be appreciated.
