sr20det red top built sensor and fuel question

I have a built sr20det redtop. I sold my stock fuel stuff and didn't have the maf sensor to begin with. I bought stock fuel reg, injectors, and fuel reg and am about to buy a stock 240sx maf just so i can getrunning and break in my motor. I'm getting 850cc injectors and i need a fuel rail system and a stand alone computer slash managent unit. Does anyone have any recomendations looking to run around 400-450 hp. daily. I also was wodering if anyone knew where I could go to get this car tuned thats around me I live in north eastern, Indiana.
