so i have a 84 toyota starlet with a s13 sr20det swap,
mods:
fmic,walbro 255 inline fuel pump,greddy bov vented,t3 turbo (10psi),tial waste gate,
new knock sensor , different ignitor, new copper ngk 7 plugs, new cas
so car starts up just fine i can rev in neutral as much as i want seems to be sweet, until i drive it and step on the gas then it feels like i hit a brick wall (1 psi max of boost) i can have my foot on the gas all the way down and the car bogs horribly, i noticed in neutral if i hold a steddy rpm (2000) it has a slight miss i can hear it. i had this same problem with my t25 witch is why i changed it, ive tried almost everything i tried boost test and only holds pressure if i block the tb side and will not hold pressure if its connected idk y? ive tried spark plug gap from 22 to 28 and same issue tps voltage reads out good , another wierd issue my vacuum reads onlt 10 inch witch seems very low to me and i also look for vacuum leaks cannot seem to find any ether. please help i wanna finish this thread due to everyone that post doesnt seem to finish with a fix! i hope theres a sr genius out there

check your timing and maf wiring.
